News The 2010 Texas Democratic Party 16th Senatorial District Convention will take place on Saturday, March 20, 2010. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the convention called to order at 10:00 a.m. The convention will be at Thomas Jefferson High School, 4001 Walnut Hill, Dallas, Texas 75229 (between Midway and Marsh).
